2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to register.

2.3 You may only register one Account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

2.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. db4444 may require identity verification documents at any time.

2.5 db4444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 All transactions and bets placed using your Account credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised them, unless you have previously notified db4444 of a suspected security breach.

3.3 You must notify db4444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your account credentials have been compromised.

3.4 db4444 staff will never ask you for your password in any communication. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.5 db4444 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation, without prior notice.

4.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 db4444 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Balance as quickly as the relevant payment provider processes the transaction. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant.

4.5 db4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

4.6 All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db4444 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4.7 Funds deposited into your Account must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without placing bets, then withdrawing, may be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in the imposition of processing fees or the refusal of withdrawal.

5.1 db4444 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer.

5.2 Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.

5.3 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are used first in all wagering activity unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

5.4 If you withdraw real-money funds before meeting the wagering requirement for an active bonus, all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

5.5 db4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated scripts, or structured betting designed to convert bonuses without genuine risk — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6.1 All bets placed on the db4444 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Game and market rules are available within the platform.

6.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets before confirmation.

6.3 db4444 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable casino games to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own certified procedures.

6.4 db4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an obvious error in odds or game configuration, system malfunction, or where the integrity of the relevant market is in doubt.

8.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting db4444 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and these Terms.

8.2 db4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, or regulatory requirements.

8.3 Where an Account is closed by db4444 due to a breach of these Terms, all Balance (including real-money funds) may be forfeited.

This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11.1 db4444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db4444 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 db4444 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if db4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 db4444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 db4444 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, or any event beyond db4444's reasonable control (force majeure).

14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Nothing in this clause limits db4444's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and db4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.3 No waiver by db4444 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
